When will I receive the tracking number?
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will typically process your order within 2–5 business days (for stock check, packaging and preparing dispatch). Please allow extra time during holiday periods or sales events.
If you don’t receive your tracking confirmation within 5 business days of payment, please contact us for assistance.
If the address or payment details you provide are incomplete or incorrect, order processing may be delayed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
The prices shown on our site are tax-free (USD) and do not include any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply when the package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by the destination country’s customs authority. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs inspection in your country.
Incorrect Address / Refused Delivery
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the shipping process. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
If the package is returned to us because the recipient refused to accept it, or because delivery attempts were unsuccessful, we reserve the right to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.
