Refund Policy

Payment

We accept payment through major credit/debit cards and other available methods. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this policy.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only for items shipped by us that are faulty or incorrect (for instance: wrong item sent or item damaged during shipping).

  • To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt). Please contact our support team for instructions.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date. If more than 5 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to notify whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

  • If you do not see the refund in your account, first check with your bank or credit card company (it may take some days for the refund to appear). If there’s still a delay, please contact us at [your support email].

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to processing.

  • If you successfully cancel within the time window, a management/processing fee of 1.5% of the order value may apply.

  • If you wish to switch items or place a new order instead, our system will automatically cancel the original order and process a full refund to you.
